Returns Policy

All our wallpapers are printed to order.
As such, we can not accept returns. We strongly reccommend purchasing a swatch to ensure that you are happy.
Unfortunately, items manufactured to order can not be refunded.

Please double-check your measurements when working out how many rolls are required. We are happy to help in this respect. Unfortunately, if too many rolls are ordered with a custom order,  these can't be returned.

Damaged Goods: Until you receive the products they remain our responsibility and we carry the risk of damage. For this reason, thoroughly inspect the packaging for any signs of damage and do not accept if you are in any way unsure that the contents are secure. The products become yours once delivery has taken place and items are paid for in full.
Examination before hanging is the buyer’s responsibility.
We will refund the purchase price of the goods within 7 days of return of goods.

No claim can be accepted for hanging incorrect wallcoverings or after wallcoverings have been cut and hung, showing defects which were apparent at the time of hanging. In the event of any complaint, please quote the design reference and batch number on this label.

The company cannot accept responsibility for marks or damage caused by paste.

No claim for hanging costs can be accepted once more than one roll has been hung.

Although we make every effort to accurately depict the colours of our products, monitors vary and we always recommend ordering a swatch first.
